RSCSE strives to maintain fairness and transparency in all registrations and payments.

Event Registrations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the specified deadline mentioned in the event details.

Refund Eligibility

• Full refund — if cancellation is made within the allowed period
• Partial refund — may apply after administrative deductions
• No refund — for cancellations after the deadline or non-attendance

Event Cancellation by RSCSE

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organization due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a future event.

Membership Fees

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once approved, except in exceptional cases reviewed by the organization.

RSCSE will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this website or participation in programs, except where required by law.
